In a significant breakthrough for law enforcement, a high-priority fugitive named Isaac Carrizales (17) was apprehended on June 14, 2023, in Bellville, Texas. Members of the United States Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force successfully captured Carrizales, who was wanted on multiple serious criminal charges, including Murder, Evading Arrest, Unlawful Carry of a Weapon, and Organized Criminal Activity. The original charges were filed against Carrizales in Milam County, Texas, marking the beginning of an intensive fugitive investigation.

The exhaustive search for Carrizales culminated when an Austin County Sheriff’s Office Deputy, currently assigned to the US Marshals Task Force, located him in the 200 blk of Baron Street in Bellville, Texas. Acting on accurate intelligence, the law enforcement team swiftly surrounded the residence and moved in to apprehend Carrizales. Fortunately, the arrest took place without incident, ensuring the safety of both the officers involved and the fugitive himself.

Following his arrest, Carrizales was transported to the Austin County Jail, where he was duly booked on the outstanding warrants. This successful operation would not have been possible without the collaborative efforts of various law enforcement agencies. The Texas DPS Highway Patrol and a Fayette County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit provided invaluable assistance during the operation, contributing to its seamless execution.

Isaac Carrizales’ capture marks a significant victory for the United States Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force and the wider law enforcement community. The task force, composed of highly skilled professionals dedicated to tracking down dangerous criminals, has once again demonstrated its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of communities in the Gulf Coast region.
